Iconic singer Asa drops the visual to her recent single “Good Thing” and teaches a life-changing story through it.
It begins with a sad lady trying to make a decision of committing suicide and then followed by plus-sized female suffering from vertigo and also trying to mask her patches with makeup.
“Good Thing” continues with a plus-sized guy battling with insecurities and a girl with colored hair and multiple piercings feeling unaccepted in the society. And in between these scenes, Asa stylishly dressed and sings her story hidden verses effortlessly.
The plus-sized lady later decides to go out without makeup, accepting herself for who she is and the suicidal lady sees the bright side of things, making her discard the suicide pills and deciding to leave her best life loving and being happy.
The plus-size guy finds happiness when he returns a lady’s stolen bag while the girl with a colored hair decides to first love herself first with the belief that the world would appreciate the good in her.
The video directed by Sesan teaches one to love and appreciate themselves. It also teaches you that there is a good thing in everyone if they only look deep and embrace who they are with the belief that the world would come around.
